A Christmas Treat: Homemade Pasta.

Making any decisions around the holidays is never easy… whether that is choosing gifts, deciding how to decorate, what pajamas your kids should wear, or even what to serve your family for dinner! So, this December, like all other matters in our lives, it was difficult to choose which one of our favorite things we would feature in our Christmas post. 

We passed a few ideas around the table… A How to for Limoncello, maybe a detailing of how we craft homemade Vanilla extract, or possibly a recipe for Panettone. (…still want us to share?!)

But then, we remembered what Christmas really means, a time to celebrate love and blessings with family and friends. At O&F we do our best celebrating with our families over the Christmas table, a table always filled with happiness and fun, but also with plates and plates of our homemade dishes. 

This year, we share with you one of our favorite handmade treats for the Christmas season. Pasta.

Our restaurants hold pride in serving all the homemade pasta we can, and it is no different when serving our families. 

The best part about homemade pasta, especially during the holidays, is that making it is not complicated in the least. 

To prepare, all you will need on hand is three ingredients. 

All purpose flour … or preferably Semolina flour

Water

Sea Salt
